A friend introduced us to the "robot study" at MIT's Media Lab, where they run studies for kids on different robots and programming. Nathan loves seeing and interacting with the robots, we have a good excuse to head into Cambridge for the day, and this time Alex got in on the act! First during breakfast, we had to get super pumped up with Nathan's new theme song, "Eye of the Tiger":
The authors of the Curious George books, H.A. and Margaret Rey, lived in Cambridge. So the Cambridge Public Library has a whole area dedicated to Curious George, and to celebrate H.A.Rey's birthday had a big party! The boys got to meet Curious George and the Man with the Yellow Hat, and we got to check out a really cool library.

First try, everyone not looking so sure (except George)
Cheese!
On our way walking back to the Robot Study, we found an awesome playground and had to stop for 5 minutes.
Peeking through the curtain as the boys play with the robot.
After the robot study was done, it was way past lunchtime! So we went to a pizza place called "Area Four" (the name of that neighborhood of Cambridge), where the boys colored, ate sticky buns and ignored the pizza.
Amazingly enough, after 2 hours of walking in Cambridge, birthday parties and robot studies, the boys still had tons of energy.
So they played "tramway" in front of a mural (they shuttle back and forth like the two cars on a tramway).
What a wonderful day! and we enjoyed every second of watching! and what energy, no wonder they were tired when we skyped.
